Description
A 911 dispatcher, Karlee Grey, arrives home after a long work shift. She then gets a surprise visit from an unfamiliar woman, Avery Black, who is holding a bouquet of flowers. Avery explains that she was in a train accident last month and that Karlee helped to save her life, including staying on the line with Avery to keep her calm until rescuers arrived. Avery hands Karlee the flowers, saying that now that she's fully recovered from the accident, she wanted to thank Karlee.
Karlee is touched, especially since she doesn't always get closure on the calls she deals with, and invites Avery inside.
